An outhouse is located onsite.

Rent: $850/month (WINTER PROMOTION: 1/2 off first month rent)
Tenant pays: Electric and fuel, and is responsible for snow removal, and trash hauling
Pets: One dog may be considered with approval and may require an additional deposit.
