Tenant pays $800/Month plus Electric. Tenant is also responsible for Hauling their own Trash and Shoveling/Sweeping the front deck/walkways. Owner pays for heat/fuel, and Plows the roads.

Pets may be allowed upon approval and require a higher security deposit.
